The Naval District.

This is the home for those born with the soul of weapons of the distant past -- the Fleet Girls. Functioning as the source of their education, the place of their 'birth' and their base of operations for reclaiming the seas, this district holds all of their basic needs. Those born here are destined, from their birth, to fight -- and it is up to the Admirals that are assigned to these districts to ensure that no losses are incurred. Of course, with the Abyssals, that is a task that is easier said than done...

Kongou -- the first of the four Kongou sisters, and a boisterous fleet girl with a burning love for her home, the people she protects, peppering her sentences with english, and black tea. While she does have her rare lulls of being clear-headed and level, she’s more often seen dragging people into crazy antics of some sort.

Nagato -- a veteran of years of fighting; someone much more level headed than Kongou, but happens to be hiding a side that she would rather not let anyone see. Rather unfortunate that an alternate reading for her name is Nagamon...

Akagi -- The lead fleet girl of the First Carrier Division; dedicated to the point of seeming perfectionistic, whenever she’s not practicing, she’s usually seen with a large meal in front of her, stemming from her rather large bauxite consumption due to the number of planes she carries with her.

Haruna -- the third of the Kongou sisters, and quite possibly the most humble. While not as brilliant as her sister ship Kirishima, or boisterous as the name ship, she makes up in sheer, raw effort, putting her all into what she does...which, strangely, includes eating scones. She does look up to Kongou -- perhaps a bit too much, to the point of stealing her trademark ‘burning love’ at one instance...

Kaga -- The other half of the First Carrier Division. Duty-bound, serious to a fault, and bearing high standards for herself, her Admiral, and others, her attitude puts her at odds with the fresh faces of the Fifth Carrier Division more often than not. Though she has begun warming up to them to an extent, she's still somewhat cold.

These five particular ones are only a handful amongst the many fleet girls that can be encountered in this district...but they're the ones that seem to stand out most amidst the crowd. Do you approach them? If so, where? No -- a better question would be, were you assigned to them as their Admiral?

If the answer is 'yes', then you've been granted a grave responsibility. Act with care.

The many happenings at the Naval District:
1: The Japanese Rainy Season: "Oh! It's the Rainy Season of Tsuyu...! I don't like it! Boo!"
2: Setsubun, the Day Before Spring: "Throwing beans, huh... It hurts when you get hit often, doesn't it?"
3: Christmas: "Is this Christmas? Hmm...is that so?"
4: Sortie: "I won't be beaten in the race for the Admiral's heart!"
5: A slow day: "Let's relax and enjoy the downtime!"
